NEVADA Outreach Voter Guide

It creates coalition among different progressive groups. Each group in coalition provides some logistic or technical helps.

Coalition Partner: LVDSA, Left Caucus, Nevada State Muslim/Sikh Caucus.
Objective is to create a Muslim and Sikh voter guide that helps Muslim and Sikh voters to identify why we chose a particular candidate. Idea is to create an “informed” voter.

Muslim and Sikh Voter guide is distributed electronically and a papercopy is distributed after Jumma prayers. Nevada outreach will use social media to spread the Voter Guide.

Nevada Outreach is the Nevada Chapter of the Community Outreach Program. It educates and mobilizes minority communities with a focus on immigrants to become involved in policy making.

This program is funded by the community members. We encourage the community to donate to the fund. They become patrons, sponsors or the friends of the program. We encourage members who pay $10 per year to become our members.

We do outreach through different programs. We have just launched our first program called “Nevada Outreach Voter Guide”.
This guide highlights the voter guide of NVDEMS and two organized progressive groups in Nevada – The Left Caucus and LVDSA (Las Vegas Democratic Socialist of America)
